Manager's Motivational Tools and their Influence on Staff's Loyalty and Performance

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá motivačními nástroji a jejich vlivu na podřízené v praxi. Hlavním cílem je navržení změn stávajícího systému motivace zaměstnanců vybrané organizace s důrazem na zaměstnanecké benefity a možností jejich aplikace v souvislosti se stávajícím systémem motivace zaměstnanců. Z hlediska motivačních nástrojů je práce zaměřena na jeden z nejvýznamnějších a to na odměňování. První část práce je věnována objasnění poznatků řešené problematiky motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců v organizaci. Ve druhé části je rozbor současného systému motivace a odměňování a zhodnocení současného stavu v souladu s dílčími cíli práce. Závěrem pak doporučení změn stávajícího systému vyplývající jednak z teoretické části, tak i z praktické části práce, dále pak z odborné literatury a osobních zkušeností.

Abstract:

My thesis is about incentive tools and their influence on submissions in practice. Main goal is proposition of changes of current methods of motivation of employees in selected organization with emphasis on employees benefits and possibility of their aplication in context of current method of motivation of employees. In term of incentive tools the thesis is focused on one of the most important of all, the remunaration. The key issue of the first part of the thesis is to clarify the findings of the solved problems of motivation and the remunaration of employees in the company. The second part of thesis is analysis of the current method of motivation and remunaration and appreciation of current situation according to partial goals of this thesis. At the end is the recommendation of the changes of current methods results in part from theoretical part, so from the practical part of this thesis, further then from professional literature and personal experiences.
