Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku právní regulace náhradního mateřství v České republice. Za tímto účelem jsou nejprve vymezeny základní pojmy, včetně samotné podstaty náhradního mateřství a jeho vztahu k využívání metod asistované reprodukce. The diploma thesis focuses on the legal regulation of surrogate motherhood in the Czech Republic. For this purpose, basic terms are first defined, including the very essence of surrogate motherhood and its relationship to the use of assisted reproductive technology.
