The Custody and Possibilities of its Substitution
Abstract:
Ve své práci se věnuji vazbě z pohledu trestního práva procesního a dále možností nahrazení vazby obviněného zákonnými substituty, tedy zárukou, slibem, dohledem probačního úředníka a peněžitou zárukou.
Abstract:
In my diploma thesis I am focusing on the custody from a view of the criminal procedural law next I am focusing on the possibility to substitute the custody for accused person by a legal substitute so guaranty, promise, supervision by probation officer and pecuniary security.
