Design of energy flow in electric car equipped with photovoltaic charging

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje možnostem aplikace fotovoltaických panelů pro osobní silniční vozidla s elektrickým pohonem. Problematika je řešena především po energetické stránce. Nejprve jsou v práci obsaženy přehledy jednotlivých spotřeb elektromobilu a možnosti integrace solárních panelů do vozidla. Byly namodelovány průběhy výkonů fotovoltaických článků pro podmínky specifické pro jejich mobilní aplikaci. Jsou zde analyzovány jednotlivé možnosti využívání získané energie pro spotřeby elektromobilu z hlediska energetických toků v rámci elektromobilu. V závěru práce je shrnut celkový přínos fotovoltaického systému z pohledu energetického, ekonomického a ekologického.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of application of photovoltaic cells for personal vehicles with electric drive. The subject is approached mainly from the energetic viewpoint. The thesis opens with an overview of the individual consumptions of the vehicle and the possibilities of how the solar cells can be integrated into the vehicle. Various models for analyzing the efficiency of photovoltaic cells in transport applications are included. The individual possibilities of usage of the energy from the photovoltaic cells and a model of energy flows in the electric vehicle are analyzed. The final part of the thesis recapitulates the gains of the photovoltaic system from the viewpoint of energy, economy, and ecology.
