Issue of claims for rental flats owned by the City

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku pohledávek vznikajících z nájmu bytů, které jsou ve vlastnictví města. Protože v současné době dochází k nárůstu dluhů, je žádoucí najít řešení pro jejich snižování a zároveň je nutné provádět jejich vymáhání. Popisuje základní rozdělení prostor, které jsou ve vlastnictví města Stochova, dále uvádí způsoby přidělování bytů, postupy při uzavírání nájemních smluv a poskytování služeb nájemníkům. V souvislosti se vznikem pohledávek je zaměřená na důvody jejich vzniku a způsoby vymáhání.

Abstract:

The work is focused on issues claims resulting from rents of apartments that are owned by the city. Since currently there is an increase in debts it is desirable to find solutions to their reduction. It is also necessary to carry out their collection. The work describes the basic division of spaces that are owned by the City of Stochov. It also states housing allocation methods, procedures in lease conclusions and provision services to tenants. In connection with the occurance of claims it is focused on reasons of their occurance and recovery methods.
