Intelectual property protectin within the frame of WTO
Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je ochrana duševního vlastnictví v rámci WTO, kde je zajišťována Dohodou TRIPS. V práci se věnuji zejména rozboru jednotlivých ustanovení Dohody při současném zhodnocení jejich celkového přínosu. V práci se také zabývám vztahem Dohody TRIPS k ostatním dohodám chránící duševní vlastnictví a přímým účinkem Dohody TRIPS na území ES.
Abstract:
The theme of the present thesis is the protection of intellectual property within the frame of WTO, where protection of the intellectual property is ensured by the TRIPS Agreement. The work focuses mainly on analysing the particular provisions of the TRIPS Agreement and on evaluating their contribution.
