Health aspects of gymnastic training and prevention of adverse impacts on health (comparative study of the players in Libya and Czech Republic)

Abstract:

Physical activity is important throughout life. Healthy lifestyles are more influential than genetic factors in avoiding deterioration traditionally associated with aging. The growing number of older Americans places increasing demands on the public health system and on medical and social services. Currently, almost one-third of total U.S. health care expenditures are for older adults. The aim is to Evaluate the health aspects of gymnastic training and prevention of adverse impacts on health and to make comparisons studies between the players in Libya and Czech Republic To describe the relationship between gymnastic training and health in all possible aspects, to identify the most important points and to propose preventive procedures and training techniques for minimizing the risks and adverse impact on health. We proceeded to study this subject, by selecting this age –group, due to its importance in reflecting the clear image of student's life mode in players from gymnastic clubs. In order to achieve the goal, the researcher employs descriptive method to obtain needed data, relying on questionnaire procedure whereas its items included most of cases related to the life of college student. Sport clubs: The main differences between Czech and Libya sports clubs is the availability of sports centers in Czech hence more students engage in sports that suit their interest. The research reveals that 53.33% of Libya students join sport clubs whiles 68.33% of Czech students join sport clubs. Warm-ups: This helps in avoiding injuries. The research tell us that both students in Libya and Czech give more time for warm ups.Supervisors play a vital role in the implementation of warm ups.This leads to the maximal performance of individuals. Further, pertains injury to student during training, more student in Czech get injured more than Libya as research indicates.58.33% of students in Libya gets injure while 65%from Czech .This may be attributed to bad instructing, timetable and not using the correct device or tool for the job mean for it.Also, students give up their sports activities due to injuries as the research shows. Libya students are more affected in these which represents 53.33%.And on the part of medical advice, Czech students have more attention pertains medication than Libya student.Additionally, Health aids during training are more common and higher in the Czech than in Libya students. First aid personnel are found all over in Czech, but is not so in Libya. Drugs have an effect on sport men. Libya students engage more in drugs for achievements in sports than in Czech. Research shows that 53.33% of Libya students take drugs during sports whiles 21.66% for Czech. Relating to forbidden drugs, Czech students take more of the drugs than Libya students, simple because the Libyan students have no access to these drugs.
