Merchandising and promotional design for NO LIMIT

Abstract:

The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the prepress preparation and different printing methods and techniques. Lists and compares the different color models, color codings and their use both in print and on screen. Furthermore the most important typographic rules, type rules and the finishing techniques of prints are also mentioned. The main focus of this thesis is on the different types of merchandising and promotional printed matters, which create an essential part of the corporate identity. The practical part talks about the graphic manual of No Limit, that includes business cards, mailing materials, posters, printed matters and T-Shirts.

Abstract:

Teoretická část bakalářské práce se soustředí na předtiskovou přípravu a různé tiskové metody a techniky. Vyjmenovává a porovnává různé barevné modely, kódování barev a jejich použití při tisku a na obrazovce. Dále jsou zmíněna i nejzásadnější typografická pravidla, pravidla sazby a techniky dokončovacího zpracování tiskovin. Pozornost je věnována různým druhům merkantilních a propagačních tiskovin, které jsou nezbytnou součástí firemní identity. Součástí praktické části je grafický manuál firmy No Limit, který obsahuje vizitky, korespondenční materiály, plakáty, drobné tiskoviny a trička.
