Mosses NR and EIS Myslivna near the town of Kostelec nad Ohri district Litomerice

Abstract:

V r. 2014 a 2015 byl proveden bryologický průzkum v PR Myslivna u obce Kostelec nad Ohří v okrese Litoměřice. Zjištěno bylo 80 druhů mechorostů. Z toho je 9 druhů játrovek a 71 taxon mechů. Celkem, tj. i s literárními údaji, máme informace o výskytu celkem 106 taxonů mechorostů na sledovaném území. Z celkem 80 aktuálně zjištěných taxonů mechorostů patří velká většina, tj. 70 taxonů, mezi obecně se vyskytující druhy, které ve svém výskytu na území ČR nejsou ohroženy (kategorie LC). Jeden, játrovka Riccardia incurvata, patří k taxonům zranitelným (kategorie VU), jeden, Orthotrichum patens, k taxonům blízkým ohrožení (kategorie LRnt) a osm druhů, játrovky Chiloscyphus pallescens, Riccardia multifida a mechy Campylidium sommerfeltii, Campylium protensum, Eurhynchium striatum, Fissidens adianthoides, Fissidens pusillus, Hypnum pallescens, k taxonům vyžadujícím pozornost (kategorie LC-att) (Kučera et al. 2012). Aktuálním průzkumem byly zjištěny 4 druhy játrovek a 31 taxon mechů, které z PR Myslivna dosud nebyly publikovány. Za nejzajímavější nové údaje lze považovat zjištění játrovky Riccardia incurvata, která patří mezi ohrožené druhy naší bryoflóry, šesti dalších mechorostů, které jsou součástí červeného seznamu mechorostů ČR a několika obligátních epifytů z rodů Orthotrichum a Ulota. Z bryologického hlediska nejcennějším biotopem ve sledovaném území jsou prameniště na svahu pod pískovcovými skalami.

Abstract:

In 2014 and 2015 survey was conducted in Bryological PR Myslivna near the town of Kostelec nad Ohri district Litomerice. Found were 80 species of bryophytes. Of these, nine kinds of liverworts and mosses 71 taxon. In total, ie. With literature data, we have information on the occurrence of a total of 106 taxa of bryophytes in this territory. Of the 80 currently identified taxa of bryophytes are a large majority, ie. 70 taxa, among commonly occurring species of occurrence in the Czech Republic are not at risk (category LC). One, liverwort Riccardia incurvata belong to taxa vulnerable (VU categories), one Orthotrichum patens, close to taxa threat (category LR-nt) and eight species Chiloscyphus pallescens liverworts, mosses and Riccardia multifida Campylidium sommerfeltii, Campylium protensum, Eurhynchium striatum , Fissidens adianthoides, Fissidens pusillus, Hypnum pallescens, requiring the attention of the taxa (categories LC-att) (Kucera et al. 2012). The current survey showed 4 types of liverworts and mosses 31 taxon, which of PR Myslivna yet been published. The most interesting new data can be considered findings of liverworts Riccardia incurvata, which is an endangered species of our bryoflory, six other bryophytes, which are part of the Red List of bryophytes of the Czech Republic and several genera of obligate epiphytes Orthotrichum and saved. From the viewpoint bryological most valuable habitat in the study area are springs on the hillside below the sandstone rocks
