Jedná se o specifikaci jednotlivých druhů elektronického bankovnictví a zmapování nabídky některých bankovních produktů elektronického bankovnictví, u pěti vybraných bank v ČR. S cílem, získat ucelený přehled o možnosti použití jednotlivých produktů a náročnosti jejich obsluhy, a to bez vazby na cenové rozdíly poskytovaných služeb, mezi jednotlivými bankami.
