Cílem této diplomové práce je komparace soukromého občanského práva podle staré úpravy dané především občanským zákoníkem a hospodářským zákoníkem ve srovnání s novým občanským zákoníkem (NOZ). Práce je zaměřena na ověření pravdivosti hypotézy H: V nové právní úpravě podle NOZ je posílena ochrana slabší strany závazku. The purpose of this diploma thesis is the comparison of private civil law according to the old regulation given above all by the Civil Code and the Economic Code, in comparison with the new Civil Code (NOZ).
