Description and Evaluation of the Process Receiving New Recruits in the Tesco SW Company.

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou výběru zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je popsat a vyhodnotit proces výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Tesco SW a.s. V teoretické části jsem na základě studia odborné literatury vytvořila poznatkovou základnu, z níž vycházím v části 60 praktické. Především poukazuji na to, jak je výběr zaměstnanců v rámci řízení lidských zdrojů důležitý a provázaný s ostatními personálními činnostmi. V části praktické popisuji na základě analýzy interních dokumentů a rozhovorů s kompetentními pracovníky postup přijímání zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Tato část naprosto koresponduje s částí teoretickou a hledám v ní odpovědi na otázky, které jsem stanovila v teoretické části. Praxi porovnávám s teoretickými poznatky a vyvozuji závěr a doporučení na zlepšení tohoto procesu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals an issue of the process of selection new recruits. The Bachelor thesis purpose is a description, analysis, and an assessment the process of selection employees in the Tesco SW company. After studying literature I created a based of knowledeges in the theoretical part and it´was my base for made the practical part. I mainly indicated on importance of new recruitment in the proces sof human ressource management and how is it linked to other personal activities. I performed an analyisis of internal documents and interview with staff from the selected organization. And I described the approach to human resources and proces of selecting new employees in the practical part. The practical part completely responds to the theoretical part and I answered questions, that I asked in the summary in the end of each chapter in the theoretical part. In the end of the practical part I compared theory with practice and I evaluated this process and I recommended some proposals, which could improve this process.
