Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem odborových organizací na odměňování práce v České republice. Porovnává kolektivní smlouvy a podniky z pohledu odměňování práce a zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Práce porovnává vývoj mezd ve vybraných podnicích s vývojem mezd v České republice.
Abstract:
This thesis examines the influence of trade unions on the remuneration of labour in the Czech Republic. It compares collective agreements and companies in terms of labour remuneration and employee benefits. The thesis compares the development of wages in selected companies with the development of wages in the Czech Republic.
