Předmětem této bakalářské práce je za pomoci metod procesní analýzy návrh zlepšení vybraného podnikového procesu a posouzení efektivnosti navržených změn. Teoretická část je věnována problematice zlepšování procesů. Popsán je také pojem procesní řízení podniku.
