Diplomová práce se věnuje postavením a funkcím dozorčí rady v akciové společnosti, včetně komlexního rozboru povinností, odpovědností, ručení členů dozorčích rad a postavení dozorčích rad v rámci Corporate Governance. The thesis is focused on the roles and functions of the supervisory boards in stock companies including complex analysis of the duties, responsibilities, liability of the members of the supervisory board and the roles of the supervisory boards within the Corporate Governance.
