Ways of financing cultural monuments in the private sector

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se budu věnovat současným možnostem financování nemovitých kulturních památek v soukromém vlastnictví. Cílem této práce je objasnit čtenáři, či majiteli nějaké kulturní nemovitosti, jaké možnosti má, co se týče financování oprav, provozu, rekonstrukcí a jejího případného rozvoje. Budu zde popisovat jednotlivé mechanismy financování nemovitých kulturních památek, zejména v rámci státní památkové péče, ale i jiné možné zdroje. Pokusím se zde podrobněji popsat možnosti jak dotací či grantů, které majitelé nemovitých kulturních památek v České republice mohou získat. Budu se snažit zde uvádět co nejaktuálnější informace o možnostech financování, které jsou v platnosti nyní, nebo vejdou v platnost v příštím roce. Dále zde na konkrétním příkladu zámku Křinec uvedu, jaké dotace soukromý majitel nemovité kulturní památky v minulosti dostal, o jaké aktuálně žádá a jaké možnosti má do budoucna.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on current possibilities of financing cultural monuments in the private sector. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explain the reader or owner of cultural property, what are the most diverse possibilities in terms of financing repairs, operations and further development of the asset. Various mechanisms of financing cultural monuments will be described, especially in the framework of state monument care, but also other possible sources of financing. Possibility to be awarded by grant will be described more in detail, and also the way how the private owners in the Czech Republic can achieve particular grants. Most recent information about the funding options which are currently in force will be presented as well as the ones coming into force during the upcoming year. There will be shown on a particular example of Chateau Křinec, which subsidies has been awarded to a private owner in the past and what are the current and future possibilities of funding.
