Ordering Administrative Delicts
Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce jsou správní pořádkové delikty. Mimo to se práce zabývá i správním řízením, vymezením pojmu správní delikt, včetně jeho pojmových znaků a rozdělením správních deliktů. V ústřední části práce jsou uvedeny jednotlivé skutkové podstaty pořádkových deliktů podle správního řádu. Práce se také podrobněji zabývá procesem ukládání pokut za pořádkové delikty.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is administrative procedural offence. This thesis also deals with administrative proceedings, definic the concept of administrative offenses and classifiaction of administrative offence.
