Possibilities of Sanctioning of Corruption in New Criminal Code
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of sanctioning of Corruption in New Criminal Code in Czech republic. It contains definition of corruption, sources of law regarding sanctioning corruption. The main part of the thesis compares regulations of the previous Penal Code with the regulation in the new criminal code and tries to find and analyze the differencies.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca rozoberá možnosti postihu korupcie v Trestnom zákoníku, účinnom od 1.1.2010. Formou komparácie jednotlivých ustanovení nového Trestného zákoníku a starého Trestného zákona zisťuje či došlo k určitým zmenám a prípadné zmeny analyzuje.
