Law and Justice in the works of Aristotle and Rawls
Abstract:
Má práce je zaměřená na Aristotelovo interpretaci spravedlnosti v knize Etika Nikomachova, která je nejen historickým dokumentem, ale také předmětem debat i v dnešní době v moderní filozofii.Druhým představitelem mé práce je John Rawls, liberální teoretik, který završil klasickou teorie společenské smlouvy, která vznikla v 17. a 18. století, svým významným dílem Teorie spravedlnosti.
Abstract:
My work is focused on Aristotle's interpretation of justice in the Nikomach´s Ethics which is not only a historical document, but it is also the subject of debate even today in modern philosophy. Second representative of my work is liberal theorist John Rawls crowned the classical social contract theory, which originated in the 17th and 18th century, with his major work A Theory of Justice.
