Diplomová práce se věnuje právnímu rámci omezování pohybu osob v EU od jara 2020, kdy započala pandemie COVID-19, až do března 2022. Jakým způsobem se střetl volný pohyb osob s ochranou veřejného zdraví a jaká byla odezva od EU a jejích členů. V průběhu práce jsou osvětleny jednotlivé principy, jakým způsobem EU koordinovala a harmonizovala omezení, která bezprostředně zasáhla členské státy. Součástí …more

The thesis focuses on the legal framework for restricting of the movement of persons in the EU from spring 2020 until March 2022, when the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. How free movement of persons met with the protection of public health and what the response from the EU and its members was.
