Merger Control Legislation in Accordance With Slovak and Czech Law
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o legislativě týkající se fúzí v České republice a Slovenské republice. Cílem práce je posoudit, jakými zákony je tato problematika upravena a jaké orgány kontrolují postupy a činnosti společností v souvislosti s ochranou hospodářské soutěže.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis discusses the legislation related to mergers in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. The goal is to review laws regulating these topics and to review authorities monitoring activities of companies concerning the protection of competition.
