Cost Management in the Company

Abstract:

Předložená práce je zaměřena na řízení nákladů v podniku, neboť řízení nákladů je nedílnou součástí každého správně fungujícího podniku. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány náklady z hlediska jejich členění, alokace a kritérií při jejich řízení. Dále jsou v této části práce charakterizovány kalkulace a rozpočty jako nástroje k řízení nákladů v podniku. V praktické části práce jsou tyto poznatky aplikovány ve společnosti Textil - Logistik Wäschemann s. r. o. Tato společnost poskytuje prádelní služby. Po popisu nákladů a analýze nástrojů k řízení nákladů v tomto podniku následuje návrh opatření, který povede ke zlepšení řízení nákladů v tomto podniku.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on cost management in the company, as cost management is an integral part of every well-functioning business. There are characterized costs in terms of their classification, allocation and criteria in their management in theoretical part of the thesis. Furthermore, there are characterized calculations and budgets as tools to manage costs in the company. The practical part of this thesis is about applying knowledge in Textil - Logistik Wäschemann Ltd. This company provides laundry services. After describing the costs and analysing the cost management tools in this company, follows a proposal for a measure that will improve cost management in this company.
