Abstract:
Práce řeší problematiku adaptačního programu výpravčích. Tento proces je velice náročný nejen pro zaměstnavatele, ale především pro zaměstnance, který ho absolvuje. Praktická část je věnována analýze adaptačního procesu konkrétní společnosti.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of adaptation dispatchers. This proces is very challenging not only for employers, but above all for employees who graduate. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the adaptation of a particular company.
