Securitization as a Threat

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sekuritizace a řeší otázku, zda samotná sekuritizace je hrozbou. Nejprve vymezuje teorii sekuritizace a její kontext, následně se zaměřuje na hrozby, které jsou vnímané jako sekuritizované a hledá důvody, proč tomu tak je. Cílem bakalářské práce je s využitím dotazníkového šetření posoudit, zda hrozby považované za sekuritizované literaturou jsou takto vnímány i společností.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of securitization and solves the question whether the securitization itself is a threat. First, it defines the theory of securitization and its context, then focuses on the threats, that are perceived as securitized, and seeks the reasons why. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to use questionnaire survey to assess whether the threats considered to be securitized by literature are perceived by society as such.
