Introduction to the topic of finite geometries

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje úvodu do teorie konečných geometrií, konkrétně pak poloincidenčními prostory a jejich vlastnostmi. V první kapitole se krátce zabývá výstavbou axiomatických systémů. Následující tři kapitoly postupně popisují poloincidenční prostory a jejich podprostory, zúžení prostorů, duální prostory, přímkové grafy, báze a dimenze konečných poloincidenčních prostorů a jejich homomorfismy. V poslední kapitole se práce zaměřuje na výměnnou vlastnost poloincidenčních prostorů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the introduction to the topic of finite geometries, specifically introduces near-linear spaces and their properties. In the first section it briefly deals with the construction of axiomatic systems. Following three chapters sequentially describe near-linear spaces and their subspaces, restrictions of spaces, dual spaces, line graphs, bases and dimensions of finite near-linear spaces and their linear functions. In the last section thesis aims at the exchange property of near-linear spaces.
