Frustration and it is handling of bank worker

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis was to explore specifics of the work in bank environment and information technologies administration. In this thesis the frustrating situation is defined as a situation where the path to a purposeful behavior of an individual is crossed by on obstacle which causes the barriers in his way to achieve the target. Side goal was to explore The Gender differences and The ways of coping. Coping was delimitate as the process of managing internal and external factors that man perceives as life-threatening. In the empirical part we conducted two research where we identified six exploratory assumption where three were true and three were false.

Abstract:

Zámerom práce bolo objasniť špecifiká práce v bankovníctve a administratíve informačných technológií. Frustrujúcu situáciu sme definovali ako situáciu, v ktorej sa do cesty cieľavedomého chovania jedinca postaví prekážka, ktorá mu znemožňuje dosiahnutie cieľa, čím dochádza k vytvoreniu bariéry. Vedľajším zámerom bolo objasniť genderove rozdiely a spôsoby v copingu. Coping sme definovali ako proces riadenia vnútorných a vonkajších faktorov, ktoré človek vníma ako ohrozujúce. V empirickej časti sme uskutočnili dva prieskumy, kde sme stanovili šesť prieskumných predpokladov, z ktorých sme tri potvrdili a tri nepotvrdili.
