Analysis of micro and macroenvironment of the company OR-CZ, Ltd.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vnějším okolím společnosti OR-CZ, s. r. o., která se zabývá poskytováním informačních technologií a služeb. První část je zaměřená na teorii, která je ve druhé části aplikovaná přímo na vnější prostředí konkrétního podniku. Pro analýzu makrookolí je použita PESTLE analýza a pro rozbor mikrookolí Porterova analýza pěti sil. Na základě získaných informací z obou těchto analýz je vypracována SWOT analýza. Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat klíčové faktory z vnějšího okolí, které ovlivňují společnost pozitivním i negativním smyslu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis occupies oneself with outer environs of the company OR-CZ, Ltd., which engages in providing information technologies and services. The first part is aimed at theory, which is applied straight to outer environs of the company in the second part. For the analysis of macroenvironment is used PESTLE analysis and for the analysis of microenvironment Porter five forces analysis. On the basis of gained information from both of these analyses the SWOT analysis is elaborated afterwards. The main goal of this thesis is to describe the key factors of the outer environs which influence the company both in positive and negative way.
