Zadáním mé diplomové práce byla studie proveditelnosti projektu. Pro tuto práci jsem si vybrala realizovaný projekt výstavby nového pavilonu Karvinské hornické nemocnice a.s. V první části diplomové práce je obsažena teorie, která se týká projektového managementu, projektu, studie proveditelnosti a analýz.
