Táto diplomová práca sa zameriava na analýzu zmien, ktoré prináša nový zákon o spotrebiteľských úveroch s účinnosťou od 1. 12. 2016. Snaží sa čo možno najkomplexnejšie analyzovať konkrétne zmeny, ktoré z tohto zákona vyplývajú, a to ako z hľadiska klientov, tak aj poskytovateľov či sprostredkovateľov.
