Středoušní dutina je vystlána řasinkovým epitelem. Podíl řasinkových buněk se snižuje směrem od ústí Eustachovy trubice dorzálně.Sekreční buňky sledují rozložení řasinkových buněk.Žlázové formace vznikají při zánětlivých změnách invaginací epitelu. Abstract:
The middle ear cavity contains ciliated epithelium. Amount of ciliated cells decreases posteriorly from Eustachian tube orifice. Cells with secretory activity follows ciliated epithelium. Glandular formations rise by inflammatory changes due to invagination.Statistical evaluation prove decreasing cilliated cells number in cases of inflammatory mucosal changes compared to healthy middle ear mucosa from …more
