Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou žen po 50. roce života a jejich vstupem na současný trh práce. Cílem diplomové práce bylo ukázat jaké překážky brání těmto ženám při vstupu na současný trh práce. This thesis deals with the entry of women after 50 in the labour market. I wanted to point out the handicaps of women after 50 by labour market entry. The theoretical part focus on unemployment, types of unemployment, specifics of women after 50 and the relation to material shortage.
