Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku skončení pracovního poměru ze strany zaměstnavatele v nestátní sféře. Práce se v prvních 3 kapitolách zaměřuje na jednotlivé způsoby ukončení pracovního poměru ze strany zaměstnavatele dle platné úpravy Zákoníku práce. Čtvrtá kapitola bakalářské práce je zaměřena na výpovědní důvody ze strany zaměstnavatele využívané ve společnosti VÚHŽ a.s. Součástí této kapitoly je i vytvoření praktického návodu pro vedoucí zaměstnance, který jasně specifikuje jak mají v případě určitého výpovědního důvodu postupovat.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis concentrates on a termination of employment relationship from the position of employer in non-state sector. The first three chapters explain the particular cases of employment termination from the position of the employer according the valid treatment of the Labor Code. Fourth chapter is aiming at reasons of employment relationship termination used in the company VUHZ, including the creation of the practical manual for leading employees, which clearly specifies steps, what to do in the case of specific reason of employment termination.
