Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá koncepcí povzbudivého růstu. První část práce je věnována deskripci povzbudivého růstu spolu s možnostmi jeho řízení. Zároveň je zde teoreticky vymezeno finanční a provozní řízení, které s řízením povzbudivého růstu úzce souvisejí. V závěrečné části je provedena analýza povzbudivého růstu u českých TOP 10 firem. Na základě jejich typu růstu jsou firmám vyslovena doporučení pro řízení svého povzbudivého růstu. TOP 10 firem České republiky je vybráno z žebříčků firem, které se v České republice sestavují. V souvislosti s tím je část práce věnována i analýze světových, evropských a českých žebříčků firem.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the conception of sustainable growth. The first part of the diploma thesis is devoted to the description of encouraging increase together with the possibilities of its managing. Concurrently there is financial and operating management, which is closely interrelated with the managing of encouraging increase, theoretically defined. In the final work there is analysis of encouraging increase of TOP 10 Czech firms conducted. On the basis of their type of growth recommendation for managing of the encouraging increase is given. TOP 10 firms of the Czech Republic are chosen from the ladders of firms compiled in the Czech Republic. In this connection one part of the work deals with analysis of world, European and Czech ladders of firms
