Tato práce diskutuje faktory úspěchu v rané fázi podnikání za podmínek současného podnikatelského prostředí. Opírá se o vzorek 200 případů dokumentovaných prostřednictvím rozhovorů se zakládajícími podnikateli které byly zakódovány dle více než 40 kvantitativních ukazatelů -- tento výstup byl následně za pomoci statistických metod vyhodnocen. Abstract:
This thesis discusses factors of success in the process of new business venturing and growth in current business environment. It employs a sample of 200 entrepreneurial cases documented through interviews which were each broken into over 40 mainly quantitative criteria.
