Satisfaction of upper secondary school teachers

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu spokojenosti učitelů středních škol. Práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní teoretické koncepty: osobní a pracovní spokojenost, významná specifika učitelské profese a současný stav poznání spokojenosti učitelů. Empirická část popisuje realizované výzkumné šetření a prezentuje jeho výsledky. Pomocí kvalitativního šetření zjišťuji, jak učitelé středních škol vnímají svoji pracovní a osobní spokojenost.

Abstract:

The purpose of this thesis is the satisfaction of upper secondary school teachers. It has both theoretical and empirical character. The theoretical part explains basic theoretical concepts, such as a personal and job satisfaction, relevant specifics of the teaching profession and current knowledge of the satisfaction of teachers. The empirical part describes realized research and presents its results. It studies how upper secondary school teachers perceive their own personal and job satisfaction using qualitative methods.
