Forecast of eContracting development in the application sphere

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Prognóza vývoje eContractingu v aplikační sféře se zabývá problematikou elektronické kontraktace. Pomocí syntézy popisuje kulturu lidské společnosti v souvislosti s Průmyslem 4.0. Dále se věnuje problematice technologického nastavení mysli, digitálních dovedností a akceleraci, kterou zapříčinila pandemie covidu-19. Druhá část diplomové práce představuje roli šedé zóny v digitálních médiích optikou Matthewa Fullera a Andrewa Goffryho. Třetí část podrobně rozebírá pojem eContracting. Definuje základní pilíře elektronické kontraktace a představuje aktuální trendy, jež využívají biometrické vlastnosti a elektronickou identitu jako zdroje kontraktace. Závěr kapitoly prezentuje základ pro stanovení potřebné prognózy následujícího vývoje. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření konstruktivní prognózy vývoje elektronické kontraktace a identifikace šedosti optikou Matthewa Fullera a Andrewa Goffryho v nových kontraktačních trendech. Sekundárním cílem je odhalit možné nedostatky, které pramení z rozdílnosti elektronické kontraktace v porovnání se zahraničním trhem a identifikovat tak možná zlepšení pro společnost E. ON Česká republika, s.r.o. Jedná se o pokračování vzájemné spolupráce v souvislosti s bakalářskou prací, která byla úspěšným příspěvkem do diskuse v rámci digitální transformace uvnitř společnosti.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis on the topic of eContracting development forecast in the application sphere deals with the issue of electronic contracting. Using synthesis, he describes the culture of human society in the context of Industry 4.0. It also deals with issues of technological thinking, digital skills and acceleration caused by the covidu-19 pandemic. The second part of the thesis presents the role of the gray zone in digital media from the perspective of Matthew Fuller and Andrew Goffry. The third part deals in detail with the concept of eContracting. It defines the basic pillars of electronic contracting and presents current trends that use biometrics and electronic identity as sources of contracting. The conclusion of the chapter is a starting point for determining the necessary forecast for further development. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to create a constructive prognosis of the development of electronic contracting and the identification of grayness from the perspective of Matthew Fuller and Andrew Goffry in new contracting trends. The secondary goal is to reveal possible shortcomings that result from the difference in the electronic conclusion of contracts in comparison with the foreign market, and thus identify possible improvements for the company E. ON Česká republika, s.r.o. It is a continuation of mutual cooperation in connection with the bachelor's thesis, which was a successful contribution to the discussion within the digital transformation in society.
