Abstract:

Organická hnojiva obsahují různé živiny pro plodiny, ale vzhledem k nižšímu obsahu živin a formám živin, které nejsou přímo přístupné pěstovaným rostlinám, mají významně nižší účinnost ve srovnání se syntetickými hnojivy. Cílem tohoto výzkumu bylo studovat vliv aplikace organických hnojiv na morfologické (počet listů, průměr cibule, hmotnost cibule) a výnosové parametry (tržní a celkový výnos) dvou různých kultivarů cibule. Studie byla také provedena s cílem určit vliv organických hnojiv na kvalitu kultivarů cibule (hrubá vláknina, antioxidanty, vitamín C, karotenoidy) a těžké kovy (Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn).Literární přehled se zaměřuje na vliv různých organických hnojiv na sledované parametry a obecně na pozitivní vliv organických hnojiv na plodiny. Polní experiment byl proveden podle latinského čtvercového systému ve čtyřech opakováních. V tomto výzkumu byly použity kultivary Stuttgarter Riesen a Rote Laaer. Zkoumané varianty zahrnovaly: B-stimul (směs bakteriálních a řasových extraktů), EkoBooster 2 (organická hmota a NPK) a VermiFit A (extrakt kompostu produkovaného kalifornskými žížalami, rašeliny, živin, rostlinných hormonů, enzymů, aminokyselin a cukrů). Podle současných výsledků lze konstatovat, že různá organická hnojiva měla pozitivní vliv na zkoumané parametry kultivarů cibule. Obsah těžkých kovů byl také v souladu s doporučenou literaturou. Nejlepší výsledky při použití těchto hnojiv byly zjištěny v roce 2018. Lze konstatovat, že cibule (Allium cepa) může být úspěšně pěstována za použití organických hnojiv, současně platí, že kvalita a výnos sledovaných kultivarů cibule závisel na povětrnostních podmínkách během vegetačního období.

Abstract:

Organic fertilizers contain various nutrients for crops, but due to the lower nutrient content and the forms of nutrients, which are not directly accessible to the cultivated plants, they have a significantly lower efficiency compared to synthetic fertilizers. The aim of this research was to study the effect of the application of different organic fertilizers on morphological (number of leaves, bulb diameter, bulb weight) and yield parameters (marketable and total yield) of two different onion cultivars. The study was also done to determine the effect of the organic fertilizers on the quality of onion cultivars (crude fiber, antioxidants, vitamin C, carotenoids) and heavy metals (Cd, Cu Pb, Zn).The literary review focuses on the effect of the different organic fertilizers on the examined parameters and generally on the positive influence of the organic fertilizers on the crops.The field experiment was conducted according to Latin square system in four repetitions. Cultivars, Stuttgarter Riesen and Rote Laaer were used in this research. The investigated treatments included: B-Stimul (a mixture of bacterial and algal extracts), EkoBooster 2 (organic matter and NPK), and VermiFit A (an extract of compost produced by californian earthworms, peat, nutrients, plant hormones, enzymes, amino acids, and sugars).According to the present results, it is possible to say that the different organic fertilizers showed a positive influence on the examined parameters of onion cultivars. The content of heavy metals was also in line with the recommended literature. The 2018 year showed the best results after using these fertilizers.It can be concluded that onion (Allium cepa) can be successfully grown by using organic fertilizers, as well as that the quality and yield of onion cultivars vary depending on the weather conditions during the growing season.
