Development of specific motor skills in wrestling
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o rozvoji specifických motorických schopnostech v zápase. V teoretické části práce popisuji obecné motorické schopnosti, ale i jejich použití v zápase. Praktická část závěrečné práce je zaměřena na navržení speciálních cviků pro rozvoj silové vytrvalosti v zápase. Pro potvrzení spolehlivosti cviků jsem testovala mladé zápasníky.
Abstract:
The thesis discusses the development of specific motor skills in a match. The theoretical part describes the general motor skills, but also their use in a match. The practical part of the thesis is focused on designing special exercises to develop power endurance in wrestling. To confirm the reliability of the exercises I tested the young fighters.
