Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou narušené komunikační schopnosti doprovázející Parkinsonovu chorobu. The thesis deals with the characteristics of communication disability in Parkinson´s disease. The theoretical part based on analysis of available professional literature describes current knowledge of this neurodegenerative disease and the therapeutical options with emphasis on speech and language intervention as a necessary part of comprehensive rehabilitation in people with Parkinson's disease.
