Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na základní seznámení s oceňováním nemovitostí a s pojmy, které se v oceňování používají. Dále se věnuji vlivu údržby na jednotlivé prvky konstrukcí, rozsahu rekonstrukce a jejímu vlivu na tržní ocenění nemovitosti. The theoretic part of the bachelor thesis is aimed at basic acquaintance with the property valuation and the terminology, which is used in context with the valuation. Futher on, I inspect the influence of maintenance on separate parts of building construction, the range of reconstruction and its influence on the market value.
