Abstract:

Práce se zabývá zahraniční ekonomickou politikou státu jako nástrojem politiky mocenské v mezinárodních vztazích. První část se zaměřuje se teoretické vymezení pojmů zahraniční ekonomická politika a mocenská politika, jejich vzájemného vztahu, prvků které je tvoří a jejich významu a nástrojů pomocí kterých dosahují vytyčených cílů. Druhá část práce je věnována konkrétním krokům Čínské zahraniční ekonomické politiky s cílem potvrdit hypotézu, že hlavním cílem zahraniční ekonomické politiky Číny není jenom dosažení ekonomických cílů a zájmů, ale především dosažení cílů politických a mocenských.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with foreign economic policy as an element of political power in international relations. First part of the paper focuses on theoretical concept of foreign economic policy and power policy, on their mutual relation, the elements which form them and their significance, and finally on the tools used by the policies to acquire the targets. Second part of the paper deals with concrete steps taken within Chinese foreign economic policy, with the aim to prove hypotesis that the main object of China’s foreign economic policy is not only to fullfill the economic goals but first and foremost to follow political and power interests.
