Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou účinného opravného prostředku v řízení o mezinárodní ochraně. Práce nejprve obecně vymezuje řízení o mezinárodní ochraně a principy, které ho ovládají. This diploma thesis deals with the question of effective remedy in the proceedings for granting international protection.
