Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na glykoprotein fibrinogen. Nejprve je v práci popsána hemostáza a její jednotlivé části, zaměřené především na hemokoagulaci a fibrinolýzu. V další části se práce věnuje samotnému proteinu, jeho historii, struktuře, syntéze, možnosti vazby s dalšími buňkami nebo chování fibrinogenu jako proteinu akutní fáze. Dále jsou v práci popsána nejhojněji využívána laboratorní stanovení pro zjištění koncentrace fibrinogenu. Také jsou v této práci zmíněny jednotlivé substituční složky při deficitu fibrinogenu. Poslední část je věnovaná patologii fibrinogenu při poruše syntézy jednotlivých fibrinogenových řetězců nebo jak fibrinogen reaguje v současnosti na COVID-19.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is focused on glycoprotein fibrinogen. Firstly, there is described haemostasis and its individual parts, mainly focused on haemocoagulation and fibrinolysis. The next part is devoted to the protein itself, its history, structure, synthesis, the possibility of binding with other cells or fibrinogen as an acute phase protein. Furthermore, in this work is described widely used laboratory detection to determine the concentration of fibrinogen. In the work is also mentioned the individual substitution components for fibrinogen deficiency. The final section is devoted to the pathology of fibrinogen in the event of synthesis Disorders or how fibrinogen currently responds to COVID-19.
