The Issue of Recognition of Genocides by the International Community: Case Studies of the Darfur and Yazidi Genocides
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá problematikou uznávání genocid mezinárodním společenstvím na případech dárfúrské a jezídské genocidy. Práce si klade za cíl danou problematiku analyzovat na daných případech prostřednictvím srovnání vývoje náhledů mezinárodního společenství, včetně OSN. Srovnání bude provedeno za pomocí komparativní metody.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of recognition of genocides by the international community on cases of Darfur and Yazidi genocide. The thesis aims to analyze the issue on given cases by comparing the development of views of the international community, including the United Nations. The comparison will be made using a comparative method.
