Bakalářská práce se zabývá nervosvalovou chorobou, konkrétně spinální muskulární atrofií. Jedná se o autosomálně recesivní onemocnění, které postihuje alfa motoneurony předních rohů míšních, což se následně projeví svalovou atrofií. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with neuromuscular disease, spinal muscular atrophy. It is an autosomal recessive disease that affects the alpha motoneurons of the anterior horns of the spinal cord, which is subsequently manifested by muscle atrophy.
