Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou konfliktnosti u dětí předškolního věku v prostředí mateřské školy. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jak vnímají proces skupinových konfliktů u dětí předškolního věku učitelky. Práce je složena ze dvou částí. Master's thesis deals with the issue of conflict in preschool children in a kindergarten environment. The aim of this thesis is to find out how female teachers perceive the process of group conflicts among children of preschool age. The work consists of two parts.
