Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na youtubery v českém prostředí, kteří se věnují natáčení edukačních a názorových videí, tedy videí, která komentují dění v České republice a ve světě, nebo se snaží sledující něco nového naučit. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda jsou takto tematicky zaměření youtubeři kognitivními autoritami pro své followery. Kognitivní autorita pro nás představuje takovou autoritu, jejíž názor nikterak nezpochybňujeme, naopak ho přijímáme za svůj. Zároveň nemáme potřebu si ověřovat doplňující informace, jelikož to, co nám řekla kognitivní autorita, je pro nás dostačující. V diplomové práci jsou zpracovány informace o samotném YouTube, youtuberingu, influencerství a kognitivní autoritě. Zároveň byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum, který zjišťuje míru kognitivní autority u dvou konkrétních youtuberů - AtiShow (Martin Malý) a Kovy (Karel Kovář). Na základě výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že pokud má follower hodnotit youtuberství jako celek, nemůžeme o youtuberech mluvit jako o kognitivních autoritách. Pokud ale mají hodnotit konkrétní youtubery, které znají, jedná se často o kognitivní autority, které mají vliv na názorový postoj followera.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on youtubers in Czech enviroment. These youtubers are engaged in educational and opinion videos. In these videos they are commenting events in the Czech Republic and in the world, or try to teach something new to viewers. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to find out whether such thematically focused youtubers are cognitive authorities for their followers. Cognitive authority is an authority whose opinion we do not question in any way, on the contrary - we accept it as our own. At the same time, we do not need to verify additional information, because what the cognitive authority has told us is sufficient to us. The diploma thesis provides information about YouTube itself, youtubering, infuencers and cognitive authority. Also, quantitative research was conducted in this thesis to determine the degree of cognitive authority in two specific youtubers - AtiShow (Martin Malý) and Kovy (Karel Kovář). Research has shown that if a follower is to evaluate youtubering as a whole, we could not say that youtubers are cognitive authorities. However, if they are to evaluate specific youtubers they know, this youtuber is often the cognitive authorities that influence the attitude of the follower.
