Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení právního režimu pozemkových úprav s důrazem na ochranu majetkoprávních vztahů. V rámci pozemkových úprav dochází k dobrovolné směně pozemků za účelem zefektivnění jejich obhospodařování. V rámci těchto směn mohou být majetkoprávní vztahy k dotčeným pozemkům ohroženy. This thesis focuses on the evaluation of the legal regime of land arrangements with emphasis on the protection of possessive – legal rights.
