Characterization of Polypropylene Microfiber Nonwovens Textile Prepared by Melt Blown Technology

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce popisuje možnosti výroby netkaných textilií metodou melt blown a charakterizuje jejich povrchové a filtrační vlastnosti. Teoretická část shrnuje současné trendy v oblasti metody melt blown a aplikačních možnostech netkaných textiliích, a to hlavně v odvětví netkaných kapalinových filtrů s antibakteriální úpravou. Praktická část je zaměřena na charakterizaci mikrovlákenných netkaných textilií z pohledu povrchových a filtračních vlastností, dále pak na povrchové modifikace vlákenných struktur. Modifikace spočívá v syntéze nanočástic stříbra na vláknech. V závěru práce byly srovnány výsledky uvolňování nanočástic stříbra z různě modifikovaných textilií.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis shows possibilities of production of nonwovens by melt blown technology and their modification by synthesis of silver nanoparticles. The theoretical part focuses on the current trends in the field of melt blown and application possibilities of nonwovens, even in the field of nonwoven liquid filters with antibacterial treatment. The practical part is focused on the characterization of nanofibrous nonwoven textiles in terms of surface and filter properties and synthesis of silver nanoparticles. At the end of the work, were compared the results of the release of silver nanoparticles from variously modified fabrics.
