Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ochrannými známkami a vším, co se jich týká. Cílem práce je charakterizovat pojem ochranné známky, druhy a typy. Popsat jejich tvorbu, zápisné řízení a následný zápis do rejstříku. Dále vymezení práv z ochranných známek, seznámení se s kolektivní ochrannou známkou a ochrannou známkou Evropské Unie. Velmi důležitá v této práci je právní úprava ochranných známek.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with trademarks and all that concerns them. The aim is to characterize the notion of trademarks, types and kinds. Describe their creation, registration procedure and subsequent registration. Furthermore, the definition of trademark rights, familiarization with the collective trade mark and the European Union. Very important in this work is the law of trade marks
